Pastorizzatori
Gli impianti di pastorizzazione latte sono completamente realizzati in acciaio inox AISI 304 per garantire il rispetto delle leggi sull’igiene alimentare.
Tutti i pastorizzatori sono muniti di piastre di scambio termico ad elevata efficienza, vaschetta di alimentazione con chiusura automatica del flusso in entrata, economizzatore per il preriscaldamento del latte tramite il calore residuo del latte pastorizzato, tubi di scorrimento per mantenere il latte alla temperatura di pastorizzazione per il periodo richiesto, termostato per il controllo della temperatura del latte pastorizzato, valvola di ricircolo del latte insufficientemente pastorizzato e sistema elettromeccanico per la registrazione della temperatura di lavoro del pastorizzatore al fine di consentire sia la verifica del ciclo di pastorizzazione sia l’adempimento degli obblighi di legge. Sono disponibili pastorizzatori a due, tre e quattro sezioni a seconda delle esigenze dell’ utente.

Pasteurizers
The milk pasteurizers are fully made in AISI 304 stainless steel to guarantee the compliance with the food safety laws.
All the pasteurizer are furnished with high efficiency heat exchange plates, feeding tank with automatic stop of the entry flow, economizer for the pre-heating of the milk by the residual heat of the pasteurized milk, running pipes to hold the milk at the pasteurization temperature for the required time, thermostat for the temperature check of the pasteurized milk, recirculation valve for insufficiently heated milk, and electromechanical system for the registration of the working temperature of pasteurization, both to check the heat treatment of the milk and to satisfy the law.
Two, three and four section pasteurizer are available to satisfy every need of the customer.
